Welcome to the Hollow. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of artisanal products from Coddiwomple Hollow (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Nature of Artisanal Goods
Handcrafted Variation: Because our soaps are hand-poured in small batches using traditional cold process methods, each bar is unique. Please expect slight variations in color, texture, and weight.
Botanical Integrity: We use all-natural clays and essential oils. These natural ingredients may shift in scent or hue over time; this is a mark of purity, not a defect.
The Cure Period: We ensure all bars are cured for 4–6 weeks before shipping to ensure safety and longevity.
2. Holistic & Safety Disclaimer
Not Medical Advice: Our products and the "7 Alignment Bars" framework are intended for spiritual and ritual use. Descriptions regarding "physical, spiritual, or mental wellbeing" are philosophical in nature and do not constitute medical advice or a claim to treat any condition.
Allergy Warning: All ingredients are listed on the packaging. If you have sensitive skin, please perform a patch test. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Small Parts: Tumbled stones included with Landmark bars are a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
3. Orders and Payment
Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability or errors in pricing.
Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude shipping and taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: As a small-batch apothecary, we typically process orders within 3-4 business days.
Shipping Risks: Once a package is handed to the carrier, the "journey" is in their hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the Wanderer.
5. Returns and Ritual Satisfaction
Hygiene Policy: Due to the personal nature of bath products, we cannot accept returns on soap bars once the packaging has been opened.
Damaged Goods: If your alignment bar or stone arrives damaged, please contact us at help@coddiwomplehollow.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can make it right.
The Intent: We want you to feel aligned. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out so we can discuss a path forward.
6. Intellectual Property
The "Coddiwomple Hollow" name, the "7 Alignment Bars" framework, and all brand photography are the intellectual property of Coddiwomple Hollow. They may not be used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Coddiwomple Hollow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price of the item.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.

Shipping & Postage Policy
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We honor the slow heritage of our craft. Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days. Once shipped, your journey's timeline depends on the carrier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order departs the Hollow.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are for personal care and hygiene, we can only consider returns for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage and handling. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
My tumbled stone arrived chipped. What should I do? While we pack our Landmarks with great care, the journey can sometimes be a bit wild.
If your stone or bar arrives damaged, please email us at journey@coddiwomplehollow.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will find a path to make it right.
Safety & Sustainability
Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin? We use strictly all-natural and botanical ingredients, excluding synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals. However, every body is different. We recommend a "patch test" on a small area of skin first.
Are the tumbled stones safe for children? The stones included in our Landmark kits are small and represent a choking hazard. Please keep them out of reach of children and pets. They are intended for adult meditative use.
